Mark Etherington is Co-Founder and CTO of Automated Data, where he leads the company’s technical vision and platform architecture. With deep expertise in building scalable systems for data-intensive environments, Mark drives the development of solutions that help family offices and private capital firms unify fragmented data and act on insight with speed and precision.

Mark brings decades of experience at the intersection of business and technology, having held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Thomson Reuters. Prior to co-founding Automated Data, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Crux Informatics and Global Head of Trading Technology at Refinitiv, where he led global teams focused on complex, high-performance infrastructure.

Known for bridging strategic priorities with technical execution, Mark has spent his career solving hard data problems for some of the most demanding organizations in finance.
